Steve McGonagle is an accomplished academic and military professional with extensive experience in leadership development and operational management. Currently serving as a Professor of Leadership Practices and Director of Experiential Leadership Development at Northeastern University since May 2010, McGonagle designs and presents curriculum for engineering master's students at the Bernard Gordon Engineering Leadership Institute. Prior to this role, McGonagle was the Director of Operations at King Industries, where responsibilities included managing human resources and compliance for a manufacturing firm. McGonagle's career includes significant military service, including positions such as Department Chair and Professor of Military Science at Providence College and Planning and Readiness Officer at US Pacific Command. Holding degrees in Education and Industrial & Organizational Leadership, along with a military operations certificate, McGonagle combines academic expertise with practical leadership experience.
