Justin Souders is an experienced recruiting professional currently serving as the Associate Director of Employer Relations at Northeastern University since November 2024. Previously, Justin held key roles at Arctic Wolf as Senior Director of Recruiting, leading global recruitment strategies across multiple regions, including North America, EMEA, ANZ, and India. Earlier career experiences include Director of Recruiting at Rapid7 and Senior Technical Recruiter at HubSpot, with a strong background in sourcing and full life cycle recruitment across various technical disciplines. Justin holds an MBA in Marketing from Clark University and a BS in Business Administration with a minor in Spanish from Elmira College.
