Juancho Buchanan is a seasoned professional in engineering and academia, currently serving as a Professor of the Practice at Northeastern University. Previously, Juancho held leadership roles at Staffbase, including Vice President of Engineering and Señor Director of Engineering for North America, as well as Senior Director of Software Engineering at Bananatag before its acquisition by Staffbase. Juancho has also managed engineering teams at Amazon Web Services (AWS) and is the owner of Juancho Enterprises. Juancho Buchanan earned a PhD in Computer Graphics from The University of British Columbia between 1989 and 1993.
