Amol Deshmukh is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in enterprise architecture and software development. Currently serving as Principal Enterprise Architect at Northeastern University since August 2019, Amol has implemented Event Driven Architecture utilizing Apache Kafka on an OKD cluster. Previously, as Lead Software Engineer at Cimpress Technology, Amol developed RESTful microservices on the AWS platform. Amol's earlier tenure at Northeastern University included roles as Manager of Enterprise Web Development (Mobile) and Integration/Software Solutions Architect, focusing on mobile strategy and integration of disparate software systems. Before that, Amol was a Sr. Technology Lead/Architect at Vertex Software Pvt. Ltd. and a Software Design Engineer at Tech Mahindra, where Amol contributed to projects for clients such as British Telecom Plc. Amol holds an MBA in Investments and Securities from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Govt. College of Engineering, Aurangabad.
