Xuan Li is currently the Executive Director of the Office of International Programs at Northeastern State University, a position they have held since 2023. Previously, Xuan served as a Program Coordinator for the Language and Cultural Center and worked at the NSU Student Health Center as a Graduate Assistant from 2012 to 2013. Xuan also held the role of Instructional Coordinator for Asian Programs at Northeastern State University from 2013 to 2015. Xuan earned a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Medicine from Weifang Medical College between 2004 and 2009.
