Rolando (Roly) Acosta serves as President and CEO of Northeast Remsco Construction, Inc., a multi-discipline utility, trenchless, and heavy civil general contractor based in Farmingdale, NJ, since 2001. Additionally, Roly holds the position of President and CEO at Caldwell Marine International, a marine construction general contractor specializing in subaqueous utility operations since 2003, and as CEO of Huxted Trenchless, a full-service trenchless company based in Conroe, TX, since 2011. Roly was previously the CEO of ECI Drilling International from 2014 to 2022 before the company merged with Huxted Tunneling to form Huxted Trenchless, LLC. Roly Acosta earned a JD from Rutgers Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Princeton University.
