Paul Fortin has diverse work experience in the field of IT. Paul started their career as a General Technical Advisor at HiWired, Inc in 2008, where they assisted users with computer-related issues through a telephone ticketing system. Paul also guided customers through operating system issues and common desktop application problems.
In 2010, Paul joined LTX-Credence as a Desktop Support Administrator. In this role, they built, repaired, and replaced Windows laptops and desktops for employees as needed.
