Rachel Hughes has extensive experience in the support and care sector, currently serving as a Support Worker and Senior Support Worker at Northcott since August 2017. Prior to this role, Rachel worked at Zest Personal Care providing in-home care for children with disabilities and their families. Rachel’s career began in administrative roles, including a position as an Administrative Assistant at Credible Building Technologies Pty Ltd and as a Student Teacher at Centre Stage Dance Studio. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Inclusive Education & Disability Studies with a focus on Special Education and Teaching from Australian Catholic University, earned between 2015 and 2018.
