Daniel Castiglione is an accomplished professional in the field of real estate development, currently serving as Vice President of Development at Northam Realty Advisors Ltd. since January 2025. Prior to this role, Daniel held the position of Vice President of Development at Triovest from June 2019 to December 2024. Daniel's extensive experience also includes significant leadership positions at First Gulf Corporation, where responsibilities included Director of Pre-Construction Services and Director of Development, and a role as Project Director at Giffels Corp from June 2005 to April 2014. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Toronto, which was obtained between 2001 and 2005.
