Ariana Mancarella currently serves as the Director of Strategy Implementation and Engagement at North Western Melbourne Primary Health Network since September 2022. Previously, Ariana held various positions at the Victorian Department of Health from June 2018 to September 2022, including Team Leader and Acting Manager in Screening and Cancer Prevention, where responsibilities included population screening program management and policy analysis. Earlier experience includes roles at the Department for Health and Ageing, focusing on blood, organ, and tissue program management, as well as consulting at Health Outcomes International. Ariana's career began at Alfred Hospital, where contributions included significant laboratory improvements, and a brief tenure at St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne involved overseeing coagulation assays. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Medical Laboratory Science from RMIT University.
