Sibghat Ullah is an accomplished professional in organizational development and training with extensive experience in the oil and petrochemical industries. Currently serving as the Organization Development Lead at North West Redwater Partnership since August 2013, Sibghat Ullah also holds the title of Superintendent - Training and Competency Assurance. Prior to this, Sibghat Ullah worked as a Training Specialist at CNOOC International from November 2006 to July 2013, and as a Human Resource Development Specialist and Organizational Effectiveness Coach at EQUATE Petrochemical Co. from December 1996 to March 2006. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Mathematics from the University of Peshawar, a diploma in Computer Science and Systems Analysis from the Board of Technical Education Peshawar, and a program in Building Personal Leadership from The Banff Centre. Credentials also include ODCC, CCMP, Prosci, and 6-Sigma Black Belt certifications.
