Charlotte Pirie currently serves as the DSO Communications Manager at Electricity North West, having joined the company in November 2017. In this role, Charlotte also holds responsibilities as the Incentive on Connections Engagement Manager and Customer Communications Lead. Previously, Charlotte worked as a Marketing Executive at First Light Advisory from August 2016 to June 2017, where the focus was on developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns, along with performance analysis and reporting to executive leadership and key stakeholders. Charlotte's earlier experience at Electricity North West from March 2010 to July 2016 included roles such as Resources Analyst, Complaints Case Owner, and Customer Service Advisor. Charlotte is an alumnus of The Manchester Metropolitan University.
