Rasim Quliyev is an experienced Planning and Cost Engineer with a strong background in applied mathematics and economic cybernetics. Currently employed at North West Construction LLC since October 2014, Rasim previously served as a Planning Engineer at Akkord Industry Construction Investment Corporation OJSC from October 2012 to October 2014. Rasim holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Mathematics and Economic Cybernetics (2012-2014) and a Bachelor’s Degree in the same field (2007-2011), both from Baku State University.
