Tricia Williams currently serves as Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer at Northern, with prior experience as a Leadership Team Member for the North West Business Leadership Team since 2017. Tricia's extensive career includes significant roles at MAG (Airports Group) from 2012 to 2020, where responsibilities encompassed chief customer strategy, operational management at Manchester Airport, and transformation leadership. Additional positions include board membership with the Northern Powerhouse Partnership and chairing the Manchester Airport Chaplaincy. Tricia also held various executive roles at United Utilities and North West Water Limited, focusing on operations, business transformation, and customer service management. Tricia holds a 2:1 BA Hons degree in Geography from The University of Salford.
