Carol L. Williams MA, LCDC is the Co-Chair of Kaufman County Behavioral Health Leadership Board and holds various Program Manager roles in North Texas Behavioral Health Authority. Previously, Carol L. worked as a TEAM LEADER II and Program Manager II at MHMR of Tarrant County. With a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling/Counselor from Prairie View A&M University and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Grambling State University, Carol has a strong background in education and behavioral health management.
