Bonnie Chiu currently serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors for North State BIA, leading advocacy for the home building industry in the greater Sacramento region. In addition, Bonnie holds the position of Vice President of Forward Planning at D.R. Horton. Previous roles include Director of Forward Planning at The New Home Company Inc. and Co-Chair of the Women's Leadership Initiative for the Urban Land Institute. Bonnie's extensive experience in land development and project management includes a tenure at ICF International managing a $4 million project portfolio and earlier positions at Centex Homes and the Governor's Office of Planning & Research. Bonnie Chiu earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science - Public Service from the University of California, Davis.
