Steve Zalucha is an experienced professional in the steel and materials industry, currently serving as a Senior Analyst for Raw Materials and Logistics at North Star BlueScope Steel since April 2015, where responsibilities include purchasing raw materials and supporting scrap buyers. As an owner of Dobbin Horse Farm since October 2019, Zalucha demonstrates entrepreneurial skills. Prior experience includes a Production Manager role at Gerdau, where achievements include a Green Belt Six Sigma Project that reduced quality scrap and managerial oversight of department budgets and trials for steel quality improvement. Additional roles span management associate and intern positions within various steel production environments, culminating in a B.S.E. in Material Science & Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Bowling Green State University.
