Poppy Carson is an experienced professional currently serving as the Proud to Care Project Lead and Brokerage Advisor at North Somerset Council since October 2017. Prior to this role, Poppy worked as an Assessment and Information Coordinator at Carers Trust Phoenix Ltd from September 2015 to September 2017, where responsibilities included conducting carers assessments, facilitating support groups for informal carers, and providing signposting services. Poppy is currently pursuing further education at University Centre Weston, having previously completed A-levels in Law, Sociology, Psychology, and Business at Weston College.
