Jason Abt is a seasoned investment banking professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, primarily focused on the winery and restaurant sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director at North Point Mergers and Acquisitions since January 2023, Jason advises prominent clients such as Frank Family and Duckhorn while leading the firm's winery/vineyard practice. Prior roles include Managing Director positions at Houlihan Lokey and Robert W. Baird & Co., where strategic financial guidance was provided to restaurant and retail companies.
