Timofey Potapov is an experienced Offshore HSE Supervisor currently employed at North Oil Company Qatar since November 2024. Prior roles include SIMOPS Coordinator for the Gallaf Batch 3 F-DBN Project at Rosetti Marino Group of Companies and Senior Project Engineer for the Sakhalin-2 Project at Sakhalin Energy. Timofey has held various positions, including Fabrication Project Manager and Project Engineer at ANGS and PTW/HSE Coordinator for the Yamal LNG Project. Past experience also includes training roles and HSE supervision across multiple projects. Timofey holds a Master’s Degree in Offshore Oil and Gas Engineering from Robert Gordon University and a Postgraduate Degree in Business Administration and Management from the International Institute of Management LINK.
