Surender Nath Ravva

Phase 3.1 CPP Structural Engineer at North Oil Company Qatar

Surender Nath Ravva has extensive work experience in the field of structural engineering. Surender Nath began their career in 1985 at MECON Limited in India, where they held the position of Manager for over 16 years. In 2001, they joined NPCC as the Lead Structural Engineer for offshore projects, and they remained in this role until 2008. From 2008 to 2010, Surender worked at GL NOBLE DENTON SHARJAH (OFFSHORE DYNAMICS LTD) as the Manager of the Structural Engineering department. During this time, they led a team of engineers and designers, managed projects, and contributed to business development efforts.

Surender then joined Maersk Oil in 2011 as a Senior Structural Engineer, specializing in jackets and bridges. Surender Nath performed this role for 5 years before joining Technip in 2016. At Technip, Surender held multiple positions, including being a Senior Structural Engineer (PMC) for ADMA OPCO's NASR 2 Full Field Development Project and a Senior Structural PMC Engineer for ADMA OPCO's NASR 2 FFD project. These projects involved the construction of several topsides, platforms, bridges, and towers.

In 2018, Surender joined NPCC once again, this time as a Structural Project Engineer. Here, they contributed to various projects until 2020 when they joined North Oil Company Qatar as a Phase 3.1 CPP Structural Engineer, a position they currently hold. Overall, Surender Nath Ravva has demonstrated a strong proficiency in structural engineering and has worked on a wide range of projects throughout their career.

Surender Nath Ravva began their education in 1971 at ZPSS (Boys), Mahabubabad, AP, where they completed their S.S.C. degree. From 1977 to 1979, they attended SR & BGNR Govt College in Khammam, earning an intermediate certificate in the MPC field. Surender Nath then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Osmania University, which they completed from 1979 to 1983. Finally, they enrolled in the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras from 1983 to 1984, where they obtained a Master of Technology degree in Ocean Engineering.
