Shane Grant has over a decade of experience in healthcare, currently serving as the Performance Improvement Lead at North Oaks Health System since February 2011. In this role, Shane has held various titles including Surgical Services Lead Analyst and Clinical Quality Coordinator, with a focus on maintaining compliance with Meaningful Use, PQRS, and Core Measures through the Epic EHR system. Shane is certified in Epic applications such as Clinical Documentation, Anesthesia, Optime, and Stork. Prior to this, Shane was an Intensive Care RN and Surgical Services Principal Trainer/Instructional Designer at North Oaks Health System and served as an Emergency Room Registered Nurse at Children's Hospital New Orleans from May 2008 to July 2012. Shane holds a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center, completed between 2005 and 2008.
