Jason Windsor is a Personal Trainer at JWFitness since June 2023, also working as a Health & Fitness assistant for North Lincolnshire Council. Previously, Jason was an Assistant Football Coach at Clixby Active Pro Sports Ltd and a Physical Education Teacher at Demeter House School. Jason obtained a degree in Sport, Exercise and Coaching Science with a focus on Strength and Conditioning from University Campus North Lincolnshire. At Demeter House School, Jason aims to provide an engaging sports curriculum and holistic support to the pupils.
