Adam Sparks, Ed.S., currently serves as the Sr. Director of Academics at North Lawndale College Prep High School since June 2024. Prior to this role, Adam held the position of School Principal at LEARN Charter School Network from June 2022 to June 2024 and served as Principal at Acero Schools from July 2016 to June 2022. In earlier career roles, Adam was the School Director at Community Teamwork (2015-2016) and the Director at Camp Starfish (2012-2015), as well as an Elementary Teacher at Imagine Schools (2010-2012). Adam began the career as a College Bound Adviser for the Berea College GEAR UP Partnership from 2006 to 2010. Adam's educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership and an Education Specialist in Educational Leadership from Liberty University, a Master's in Education focused on Teaching and Learning Leadership from Liberty University, and a Bachelor's degree in Education Studies from Berea College.
