Griffin Colwell is currently a server at North Hill Needham Inc. since May 2021 and previously worked as a food service worker at Sweet Tomatoes Pizza from November 2019 to March 2020. Griffin volunteered as a lacrosse coach for the Needham youth lacrosse program from June 2019 to June 2022, focusing on coaching the 7th-grade A-Team and assisting with summer camps. Griffin is pursuing an undecided business degree at Bentley University, with studies ongoing from September 2022 to April 2026.
