Mike Henderson is a seasoned business analyst with extensive experience in requirement management and technology solutions. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at North Highland since March 2021, Mike facilitates workshops to elicit and prioritize business requirements. Prior roles include working at Mindshare, where technology solutions were developed for multinational media spending analysis, and at GroupM, focusing on media planning systems and iterative product development. Mike also has experience as a SharePoint Consultant at EOH MC Solutions, and a Cloud Solutions Research Analyst at Absolute Computer Solutions. Mike co-founded ConnectUp, delivering IT services to SMEs. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Commerce in Information Systems and Management and an Honours degree in Information Systems from Rhodes University.
