Elke Ridenour possesses extensive experience in consulting and management across various industries. Currently serving as an Expert Practitioner and Senior Consultant at North Highland since August 2021, Ridenour is also the Principal at What's the Point Consulting. Previous roles include an Independent Consultant at MachineSense and COO at ScholarshipAuditions.com, where a SaaS platform for connecting performing arts students with colleges was launched. As Director of Engineering at SertintyONE Corporation, Ridenour developed software testing processes and improved communication within project management. An earlier position as an Organizational Change Manager at Caterpillar Financial Services Corporation involved leading communication and training initiatives for complex software projects.
