Trina Eaton is an experienced Training Coordinator at North Florida Medical Centers, where responsibilities include identifying enterprise-level threats, monitoring patient encounters, and developing training programs to enhance productivity and reduce errors. Trina has also operated as a Freelance Consultant since July 2017 and previously held the position of Planner II at the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, focusing on process improvement and employee management. In addition, Trina served as an Operations Supervisor at NGA Human Resources, overseeing a team of specialists and managing the employee life-cycle, and taught computer literacy courses to senior citizens at E Group Systems. Trina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Flagler College-Tallahassee and an Associate of Arts from Tallahassee Community College.
