Jennifer Taylor is an account supervisor at North End Teleservices. Jennifer has worked in the customer service industry for over 20 years.

Jennifer began their career as a housing specialist with the Omaha Housing Authority in 2006. In this role, they were responsible for managing a case load of 500+ families and ensuring that their income and housing regulations were in compliance with HUD guidelines.

In 2014, Jennifer transitioned to the University of Nebraska Medical Center, where they served as an office associate and provided administrative support to the director of cancer epidemiology education in special populations (CEESP) program. In this role, they were responsible for executing existing projects and developing new projects. Additionally, Jennifer served as the program coordinator of the cancer research international training and intervention consortium (CRITIC) program.

In February 2018, Jennifer joined North End Teleservices as an account supervisor. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that they provide quality service to clients.

Jennifer Taylor completed their education at Metropolitan Community College in the field of Legal Assistant/Paralegal. Jennifer now works as a Legal Assistant/Paralegal.
