Lucinda Chapman-Wetzler has over 18 years of experience in planning, currently serving as Principal Planning Officer with North East Derbyshire District Council (NEDDC) since December 2005, having also held the position of Senior Planning Officer. Prior experience includes working as a Planning Officer at Chester City Council from December 2003 to December 2005. Lucinda earned a Master's degree in Spatial Planning from Radboud University between 1998 and 2003.
