Angela Cleveland, AICP, is a seasoned professional in community and economic development with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Community and Economic Development Project Coordinator at North Country Council since April 2024, Angela also founded The Place Above the Notch in December 2023, a community café and coworking space in Bethlehem, NH. Previous roles include Principal Planner at Strafford Regional Planning Commission, Director of Community and Economic Development for the City of Amesbury, Director of Sustainability Planning at KLA, and Senior Economic Development Planner at Merrimack Valley Planning Commission. Angela possesses a Master of Science in Resource Management and Administration from Antioch University New England and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Policy and Administration from Western Washington University.
