Porcha Shadd has extensive experience in both carpentry and youth program management. Currently serving as a Carpenter Apprentice at the North Central States Regional Council of Carpenters since March 2019, Porcha specializes in interior systems including wood and steel stud framing, insulation, and drywall, with some experience in taping. Prior to this role, Porcha worked at the YWCA of Duluth from March 2012 to March 2019, holding various positions including Director of External Programs, Youth Worker, Girl Power! Youth Worker, and Youth Advocate. Porcha pursued education at Lake Superior College between 2016 and 2017.
