Kristopher Joyce is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and performance management, currently serving as the Training & Performance Manager at the NC Department of Justice since May 2017. Prior to this role, Kristopher held positions such as Training Director at the North Carolina Department of State Treasurer and Senior Implementation and Support at Patagonia Health. A strong background in staff development is evident from earlier roles, including Training Manager at the State of North Carolina and Staff Development/eLearning Coordinator at the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services. Kristopher’s expertise extends to education and training from positions with NCDENR and Synaptis, as well as academic experience as a Faculty Development Assistant and Graduate Instructor at Appalachian State University. Kristopher holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from North Carolina State University, alongside a Master of Science in Instructional Technology from East Carolina University and a Master of Arts in Adult and Continuing Education Administration from Appalachian State University.
