Jon Blum is a seasoned law enforcement curriculum developer with extensive experience in training and program development. As the Founder and Law Enforcement Curriculum Developer at FORCE Concepts since 2006, Jon Blum focuses on evidence-based training for law enforcement personnel. In addition, as the Lead Curriculum Developer for the International Association of Directors of Law Enforcement Standards & Training since 2014, Jon Blum has developed various training curricula for law enforcement agencies nationwide. Contributions to the NC Department of Justice as a Developer/Instructor include leading the overhaul of the state's Basic Law Enforcement Training (BLET) curriculum. Jon Blum's background includes roles as Training Manager at Garner Police Department, Adjunct Instructor for the International Association of Chiefs of Police, and Corporal/Police Officer in Winston-Salem, combined with advanced degrees in public administration and criminal justice.
