Lindsay Tipton is an experienced professional in education and community program management, currently serving as the Director of Career Pathways for the North Carolina Community College System since July 2022. Prior to this role, Lindsay held the position of YouthBuild Director at Central Carolina Community College, where oversight of a Department of Labor-funded program for opportunity youth was a key responsibility. Earlier experience includes serving as Program Manager at the Lee County Partnership for Children, managing services for young children and their families, and Program Director for the Triangle Down Syndrome Network, leading initiatives across 48 counties in North Carolina. Lindsay holds a Master's degree in Higher Education Administration from Appalachian State University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Special Education from Le Moyne College.
