Tadra Martin Atkinson currently serves as the Director of Employee Relations and EEO Officer at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University since April 2023. Prior to this role, Tadra Martin Atkinson was the Supervising Attorney at Disability Rights North Carolina from January 2015 to April 2023. Tadra Martin Atkinson also held the position of Appeals Referee at the North Carolina Division of Employment Security between October 2012 and December 2014, and worked as an Attorney at Legal Aid of North Carolina from September 2007 to October 2012. Tadra Martin Atkinson earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Vanderbilt University Law School and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Information Science with Honors and English from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
