Dulcinea Gillman is a highly experienced professional in architecture and construction, currently serving as a Partner at North Arrow Partners since its formation in 2018 from the merger of #9 Design and La Mancha Construction. With over two decades in the industry, Dulcinea has held leadership roles as CEO for both #9 Design, a full-service architecture firm, and La Mancha Construction, a woman-owned general contracting firm, since 1999. Dulcinea's expertise encompasses affordable housing and real estate development services, focusing on creating multi-family and residential projects, as well as commercial spaces. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Architecture from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design and Space Planning from Columbia College Chicago. Dulcinea has also participated in business development programs through Vistage and Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses.
