Doug Rende is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the building products industry, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Shapes Unlimited, Inc. since December 2023. Rende previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at North American Specialty Laminations, where strategic growth initiatives were undertaken. As Senior Vice President at Tremco Incorporated, Rende integrated multiple business units and facilitated acquisitions. Rende also led Glen-Gery through a successful IPO post-acquisition and played key roles in strategic planning and operational efficiencies at Ply Gem Canada, Nomaco, Babin Building Solutions, and Associated Materials. Rende's career began at Armstrong World Industries, where significant contributions were made across various management roles. Rende earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Government from Mount St. Mary's University.
