Dominique Kelly, Esq. is currently the Assistant General Counsel at the North American Securities Administrators Association (NASAA). Dominique holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Syracuse University College of Law and is licensed to practice law in New York and the District of Columbia. Prior to joining NASAA, Dominique gained legal experience as a Judicial Law Clerk and in various roles including Legal Intern at Rocket Lawyer and Landlord/Tenant Court Student Attorney at the Volunteer Lawyers Project of Onondaga County. In addition, Dominique has held positions at prominent organizations such as Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP and Kaye Scholer LLP.
