Chad Spriggs is an experienced church leader and consultant with a diverse background in ministry and education. Currently serving as Regional Assessment Director and Send Network Director for the North American Mission Board since April 2016, Chad focuses on discovering and deploying church planters while cultivating church planting strategies. In addition, Chad holds the position of Associate Pastor at Anchor Church and has been a Managing Partner at C4 Coaching since January 2000, where the emphasis is on client growth and potential. Previous roles include Senior Elder at Christ Fellowship, Senior Pastor at Cerrillos Community Church, and various pastoral positions at Hoffmantown Church, Hope Christian School, and Sagebrush Community Church. Chad holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Human Services Counseling from Liberty University and a Master's in Education from New Mexico Highlands University.
