Jay Tilghman possesses extensive experience in the field of solutions architecture and sales engineering, having held the position of Solutions Architect for Customer Experience in the Enterprise segment at C1 since October 2008. Simultaneously, Jay has served as both an Application Sales Engineer/Contact Center Specialist and a Sales Engineer at NACR since the same time. Prior to these roles, Jay was a Sales Engineer at Empire Technologies from 2008 to 2010. Jay Tilghman is an alumnus of the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
