Marc Hayes has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Marc started their career as a Facilities Assistant at Georgia Institute of Technology, where they provided excellent customer service and resolved conflicts. Marc then joined McKenney's, Inc. as a Mechanical Engineering CO-OP, leading a team and coordinating multiple projects with subcontractors and suppliers. Next, Marc worked as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Procoaters Inc. In 2016, they joined Trane as a Sales Engineer - Industrial, growing sales and managing key industrial accounts. Marc's most recent role was as a Business Development Executive at Boyd Corp, where they developed new business, conducted market analysis, and built strong customer relationships. Marc is currently the Director of Business Development at Nortek.

Marc Hayes earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology between 2010 and 2015.
