Shahed Taghian is a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Nortek Data Center Cooling since September 2023. Previously, Shahed served as a member of the ASM TSS Membership, Marketing & Outreach Subcommittee from January to September 2023 and as a Student Board Member for the ASM Thermal Spray Society from October 2021 to February 2023. Shahed completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Alberta, where Shahed also worked as a Graduate Research Assistant from May 2018 to February 2023. Earlier education includes a degree from the University of Isfahan from 2013 to 2016.
