François Aubouy is an experienced project director currently at norsys since September 2016, overseeing the MOE activities and developing client partnerships. Notable projects include managing teams across various locations for the development and maintenance of websites such as Veja-store.com and Moipatient, as well as serving as a Product Owner for the GIE CNDSSTI on internal directory evolution projects. Previous work at CGI from November 2008 to August 2016 involved similar Product Owner responsibilities, ensuring the functional integrity of retirement-related applications. François holds a Master's degree in Quality, Security, and Risk Management from Université Côte d'Azur and a Maîtrise in Chemistry from the same institution, alongside a CAPES in Physics-Chemistry.
