Florentyn Dymny currently serves as Chargé de mission RH at norsys since September 2022. Previously, Florentyn held the position of Assistant RH at Flex-N-Gate Marles from September 2021 to October 2022 and worked as Conseiller formation at Renault Group between October 2019 and September 2021. Early experiences include a role as Stagiaire en Ressources Humaines at CERELIA for a brief period in June 2019, and involvement in educational settings at Mediathèque de Lens and IUT de Lens in February 2019. Florentyn's career began as Éducateur sportif for the Mairie in December 2015, engaging with children's activities. Florentyn is pursuing a Master in Human Resources Management at Université d’Artios, following a Licence professionnelle in GRH at Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France and earlier educational achievements including a BTS SAM and Baccalauréat in management and technological sciences.
