Dyre Rolstad has been working in the industry since 2001 when they began working as a Prosjektleder at Raufoss Fuel Systems. In 2011, they joined Norsk Titanium as a Quality Assurance Manager, and subsequently held Technical Development Manager and Project Manager roles.

Dyre Rolstad attended the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from 1988 to 1993, where they earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Civil Engineering.
