Jabber Abbas is an experienced professional in the field of cyber security and control systems, currently serving as a Manager and Cyber Security Manager at Norsk Hydro since March 2022. Previously, Jabber held the role of Senior Vessel Analyst for Control Systems at NORMA Cyber and worked for DNV as a Senior Engineer focusing on cyber security and functional safety for control systems. Earlier positions include Resource Planning Analyst at Bane NOR and various engineering roles at Kongsberg Maritime. Jabber Abbas holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of South-Eastern Norway, completed between 2002 and 2005.
