Csaba Boros is an experienced professional in enterprise architecture and digital transformation, currently serving as Head of Enterprise Architecture at Norsk Hydro since August 2018, with prior roles as Principal Enterprise Architect and Industry 4.0 Project Manager. Major projects include advancements in machine learning, augmented reality, and automated vehicles. Previously at Procter & Gamble from September 2007 to August 2018, Csaba established and led a digital department, driving significant operational improvements and introducing innovative technologies. Previous experience also includes logistics and operations leadership roles, improving productivity and reducing costs. Csaba started a career at GE Healthcare as a Lean intern, focusing on production efficiency and lean methodologies. Education was completed at Budapesti Műszaki Főiskola with a Bachelor of Science in Automation.
