Line Tollefsen has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Starting in 1993, Line worked as a Statist at Oslo Nye Teater until 1994. From 1996 to 2000, Line was employed as a Deltidsansatt at Strømmen Dag & Natt AS. In 1998, Line also worked as a Deltidsansatt at Pasta Basta. Line then transitioned to a career in the financial sector, joining Storebrand Kapitalforvaltning AS in 2001. Line held various roles at Storebrand, including Senior Trust Officer from 2001 to 2009 and Deputy Head of Backoffice from 2009 to 2014.

In 2014, Line joined Trient Asset Management as an Operations medarbeider, where they performed various tasks related to Operations for the company's Irish UCITS funds, Hedge funds, and external mandates. Line's responsibilities included settlement of financial instruments, follow-up on margins and security, liquidity monitoring, NAV verification, and subscription/redemption in funds. Line also participated in implementation projects for Omgeo CTM and ALERT, as well as two FXPB's.

Line then moved to Sector Asset Management in 2017, where they served as a Controller until 2018. Following that, Line returned to Alfred Berg Kapitalforvaltning in 2018 and held the positions of Investment Operations Specialist from 2018 to 2021 and Deputy Head of Investment Operations from 2021 to 2021.

In 2021, Line joined Falk as a Director, a position they held until 2022. Line's most recent position is with Norselab, where they currently serve as the Head of Operations.

Line Tollefsen attended Sandbekken Ungdomsskole for an unspecified period, during which no degree or field of study was obtained. From 1993 to 1996, Line attended Rælingen Videregående Skole, where the degree earned is unknown, but the field of study was Economics. Line then pursued further education at BI Norwegian Business School from 1996 to 1998, obtaining a Høyskolekandidat degree in Economics. Lastly, Line attended Griffith University from 1999 to 2000, earning a Bachelor's degree in Business.
