Baurzhan Muftakhidinov is an accomplished GIS Developer currently employed at Norsec Delta Projects since October 2021. Previously, Baurzhan served at North Caspian Operating Company N.V. (NCOC N.V.) from May 2018 to September 2021, where roles included ITM Technical Applications Lead and Technical Data Engineer, focusing on optimizing workflows for the Reservoir Engineering team and developing various solutions. Prior to this, Baurzhan worked as an Application Support Specialist at Paradigm from March 2012 to May 2018, providing onsite application support for NCOC N.V. Baurzhan holds a degree from Satbayev University.
